Step 4 : Create a Backlog

Quickwork allows you to organize all your work collectively in a single location, which is commonly known as a backlog. On the backlog, your work will be added in form of workitems.

So what happens in the backlog, let’s find out:

  • Click on the particular project to start creating its backlog.
  • To add a new workitem, click on Add Workitem button.
  • Click on the workitem to add more details like priority, estimated size, business value etc.
  • You can also create subitems within the workitem.

Note: Once you are working on the backlog and if you have to go to the project list, then click on Quickwork logo from the header.
