Sprint can be planned using the drag and drop function where you can drag the User Stories from the Release Backlog items not assigned to any Sprint section. This section is a list of User Stories assigned to the selected release but not assigned to any sprint.

1. You can also create User Story under the Release Backlog section to drag it in sprint section.

2.  Edit User Story to update Sprint for the User Story.
