Quickscrum Release 3.19 – Quickscrum

Release 3.19

ON 31 MAY 2021

Hello Quickscrum Family,

Hope you and your entire family is safe at home. On our exciting mission to help software companies to deliver faster, we have achieved one more key milestone today and very excited to share with you.

I also look forward to your great feedback over this release for further enhancement.

Lead Cycle Time:

The lead and cycle time are two of the most important parameters to measure for every workitem. The definition is,

  • Lead Time: Total days taken to complete the workitem since it is created.
  • Cycle Time: Total days taken to complete the workitem since it is planned.

It reveals the strengths and weaknesses of your defined processes and the effectiveness of the team collaboration. The auto-generation of these two values provide a great tool for tracking execution speed and brings responsibility pressure on the team to deliver faster, thus reducing the collaboration waste.

2. Lead Cycle Time in Backlog

3. Lead Cycle Time in Export

Workitem Flow (upcoming):

We are developing auto capturing of the entire workitem flow. This will enable teams to review the flow and identify the gaps in execution at every workitem level.

Project Favourite:

To provide hassle free navigation across the projects, we are introducing project favourite in the left menu. So you can add frequently visited projects in favourites and reduce the amount of time spent switching across them.

Relocated the Project Setting:

To enhance the experience of project administration, we have relocated the project setting as shown in image below.

We are working of many exciting features to strengthen your internal processes and speed up your software delivery.
Good luck and stay safe
